Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Today I was met with the most RUDE cashier/server, Heβs gonna ruin your business if he doesnβt have a friendlier approach. I donβt wanna call racism at all, but I donβt know why he was so unkind. On the bright side my food was tasty

The food ALWAYS deceives you. Every time I ordered here including the pizza, breadsticks, and others they all tasted terrible. I tried to give it a chance and try the pasta. Everything looks appetizing outside, but once you try it is always dry and terrible quality for how expensive it is. The worker gave me pasta that I saw flies on, and honestly it was my fault for eating it anyways. One half was mush while the other was not even done, I sat there crunching on raw pasta shells and a side of tomato sauce.

I placed an order via DoorDash today. When it arrived, I was very disappointed. The employee that packed my order which was one slice of pizza and a breadstick did so between two paper plates instead of a to go box. Then the dasher left it on the porch of the office in the rain instead of in the lobby as requested. I was very disappointed in the poor customer service as well as the quality.

2 stars only because the food was good but, wow was that an experience. We were not greeted as we walked up and there was 3 employees not helping customers and made eye contact with us multiple times. After 3mins someone asked for our order, we just wanted two slices. Then this is the kicker. Two of the employees were sitting there cellphones, and using them on the area the cheese sticks roll out of. Like right on top of were it gets warm and the food touches. So gross. We didnβt eat the cheese sticks and just had our pizza.

Worst experience. Found hair on my pizza. When I bought it to the Store Managers attention, his response was βIβm not taking ownership of that. What do you want me to do about it?β Whoa. He took my receipt told ME to throw away the old pizza. When he made a new pizza, he looked up and stated, β donβt come backβ Daniel Wright is horrible. This is the second time hair was found in my food from this location. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. But to be threaded and talked down too is a no go. They donβt even have a working telephone number. All the other members of the staff were ok. If you donβt like your job, LEAVE. Itβs not fair to treat paying customers this way.
